This is a listing for a beanie and skull cap knit hats. 1 is used and the other is new. 1 is crimson chocolate brown and sage and is brand new with the tags. It measures 8" across the middle and 8.5" long. The second is knit black cap. It shows a little wear. It measures 10.5" long and 8" across.

ABOUT CONDITION OF THE ITEM FOR SALE
Our elves are highly trained to inspect for damage of any type. If there are cracks, chips, or any other flaw, we DOCUMENT IT in photos AND/OR text. Additionally, there is a final inspection just prior to shipment, to ensure that no damage happened between the warehouse and the packing/shipping workbench. If we find any anomalies, you will receive an email just prior to shipment. Otherwise, you can assume that if we make NO mention of cracks, chips, flaws or other damage, then there is none, and there is no need to ask an additional question about it.
There may be dirt or soil on the item in the photo. We do our best to clean up items prior to sale. Used items often show wear, and you can expect a rudimentary cleaning of your item, but we do not promise that used items will be spotless, or to an extreme level of restoration prior to shipment.
ABOUT HANDLING and SHIPPING TIME

“How reasonable were the shipping and handling charges?
We charge a flat $3.00 handling fee which we have found to cover most of our packages. Occasionally when we have an oversized package that requires more handling , additional bubble wrap and protective materials, or when we have to purchase oversized boxes and packaging for something that could take up to an hour to prepare for safe shipping, we may charge a higher handling fee. For most of those exceptional packages we don't charge over $5.00. We do our very best to keep our costs reasonable. We know there are people who might try to take advantage of you – but please be assured that we work hard every day to ship the safest, fastest and least expensive way possible. When we receive a request to reduce our shipping fees, this is requesting that we absorb the actual expenses somewhere else. We publish a 5 day handling time for shipping our packages – we maintain a very large shipping queue, and work on a first in first out system. We often have 50 to 60 packages and buyers waiting for their packages ahead of yours. We prepare each item for shipping carefully, and won't rush to get the job down if it means sacrificing the safe and secure shipment of your item. If you have a need for us to rush your shipment, please let us know – otherwise your item will be in the queue as we normally handle all packages.
ABOUT SHIPPING CHARGES
We do not make up the shipping charges. We use the shipping calculator tool. This tools accepts our entries for the package – the weight and package dimensions, the carrier options – and looks at your zip code to calculate the shipping prices. The price you see on the screen includes our handling fee as part of that rate. If the shipping charge looked high, it is because that is what the carrier is charging. Shipping prices have continued to rise, just as the cost of fuel has risen dramatically.
You have the power to help support businesses, and you also have the power to have an business suspended, based on your feedback.
We kindly ask that if you find something not to your satisfaction, that you give us the opportunity to correct it PRIOR to leaving us a harmful feedback, which can lead to pay reductions or eliminations for our students and underemployed workers, OR even to suspensions of accounts. We don't want anyone to be unhappy, so please be in communication if something goes wrong!

If your rating falls below the minimum standards you can face limits on your selling activity or suspension.”
Our business is our sole income – it is what several families in our community depend upon. We do this work in support of several non-profit organizations, and all our item owners and constituents depend upon us for the work we do here.
Kindly consider that a lower 1 or 2 rating represents a very high percentage when we do not receive positive feedback from all our happy buyers. Most of our customers are so busy, they forget to leave feedback, and we don't mind that at all – as long as everyone is happy. does NOT REQUIRE that anyone actually leave feedback.
