Antique doll in a dress

Here is quite an old doll. She's got blonde hair, blue eyes and the lids open and close with a head tilt. Red and white striped dress, that laces up the front.
Wearing an undergarment. Limbs and head are loose in the joints.

Some paint is chipped and there are some small tears in her dress.

Measures 20 inches tall, 8 inchs long and 4 inches wide. Please see the photo with the tape measure for sizing reference.
